The device does what it's supposed to do and quickly signals any movement. Unfortunately, however, unless the alarm is triggered, you cannot see the location of your items. This feature should be implemented.

The app and device have the ability to give you a location when you request it. The doesn’t allow you to request and see where your bike is because the battery will clearly drain faster. However, I feel that is the customer’s decision so to limit functionality because of this seems like a massive own goal. 

Sometime you’re anxious or just want to check where your bike is and that can’t be done. Well…it can…but they’ve chosen to limit that ability. Could be a great tool but the restricted use is not ideal.

Since updating the app it is impossible for me to dismiss an alarm: “unauthorized”. Tracker and fob battery life are good and phone can connect to it via bluetooth but still can’t dismiss.

This is a simple basic tracker / alarm. And for the money, it is very good. It does have to be said that the recent update and app ‘improvement’ have removed useful functionality. Probably to increase profits. Result is you can no longer put it to sleep/snooze without the alarm having to go off first. So if it’s windy/stormy. You have to wait till it sets off the movement sensor at 3 I. The money whereas before, you could snooze it before the storm. …  seems a daft oversight.

New iPhone 17 and only this app failed to work after transfer from old. You can’t even reset your password using the app. Barely 2 stars!

The last update seems to have stopped the signal being received so no more updates. I’m going to have to take it off and try and reset and then not update. It was great before just this update has caused problems.

役に立てば良いのですが

何か問題が起こり、何をしても上手く動作しない，スマホから認識出来ない時は本体のランプを細い物で11秒押してください。
赤と青のランプの点滅の後に工場出荷時に戻ります。
これで初めから設定すれば大抵は上手く出来ると思います。

海外メーカーなので問い合わせの対応とかに心配があるので上記の手順を行ってから、手に負えない時にコールセンターに問い合わせが良いかも。
対応してくれるかは分かりませんが

It would be nice to request live info about location at any time. I am also unable to take Monimoto out of sleep mode which leaves it vulnerable until a set time

App asked for some reason again to login with phone number. Entered MFA Code but could not login anymore, just loading screen. Just re-installing the app helped. 👎

The minimoto system is a great idea and the hardware is great. But the app is terrible, it’s interface is clunky and half the features don’t work. You can’t sleep the alarm for a specific time, it always chooses 5 hours?!, never alarms you if the key fob battery is dead, doesn’t let you tell it that it’s a false alarm. Just really annoying to use!

Hi there the tracker is great …. Onky thing id like to have is option to view tracker location when it updates daily on the event list and request location of tracker to view on a map , i inderstand the power consumption but if it was a request onky tbing and view the signal sent not jusy armed and ready message will be good… thanks moni moto:)

Обновил прошивку до 2.0 и теперь в России не возможно войти в свой аккаунт ! Написал в поддержку а они мне вот эту х…ю прислали-Здравствуйте, к сожалению, похоже, что это связано с санкциями, влияющими на нашу возможность отправлять короткие коды SMS на номера RU, особенно в нашей новой системе она заблокирована - поэтому, к сожалению, вы больше не сможете продолжать пользоваться нашим сервисом. Очень сожалеем, что вернуться к старой системе после ее обновления невозможно, и возврат средств не производится. 
MONIMOTO помни эффект бумеранга !!!

I bought Monimoto cycloop ,when I order it,description said that I can turn of led light from the device to preserve battery ,so after I bought it I found out that I can’t and I am waiting new version of app .
Also when you pay subscription you Must have live tracking.That device and app is like old USSR,(niva)

If anyone stole my motorcycle, all they’d need to do is park it in their home garage to prevent Monimoto from ever communicating its position to me. Heck, even when my motorcycle is outside it usually fails to connect to the GSM network and report in. I live in the middle of the San Francisco Bay Area, a location with otherwise great cell phone coverage, yet Monimoto doesn’t work more often than it does. When the tracker is close to running out of battery I never get a notification. Instead I find out a month or two after the last update that the app hasn’t seen the tracker. Even when this app works as designed, the options in the app are obtuse, confusing, and difficult to use. I’ve had enough of this garbage and will be removing the tracker when the current SIM card expires.

You already spent at least $150 on the tracker. You’d hope the app would work. I tried to update the software for the tracker with no luck. Why are new products being shipped that need updates? This should be done already. 

Tracker seems to have frozen while updating and it lost connection. Now it simply cannot be paired and resetting it has done nothing. Never had a tracker this difficult to use. Never even setup or used.

Был очень доволен, даже не менял карточку оплатил их 30 евро в год, и что сейчас получается? Нас кинули, я так понимаю это латыши. Монимото не работает, пишет связь потеряна, так если вы участвуете в санкциях и прочей нечисти тогда верните деньги. Далее пропал интерфейс на русском языке. Это опять удар по клиентам.  Мы обычные люди которые не принимаем политические решения. А Вы себя повели очень недостойно. Благодаря таким поступкам больше граждан убеждаются что вы забыли и историю и все человеческое что было сделано!

J’ai acheté il y a trois an ce traqueur et testé plusieurs fois sans la clé aucun problème rencontré en trois an. Par contre, il y a 2 semaines je me suis fait voler mon scooter dans ma résidence fermée. Le traqueur Monimoto c’est bien déclenché et m’a bien appelé mais comme ce sont des professionnels du vol ils ont embarqué le véhicule en moins d’une minute dans une camionnette et ont disparu très très vite. Je me suis dit pas grave je reçois une alerte et position gps toutes les 5 minutes donc j’appelle les forces de l’ordre qui se mettent en chasse immédiatement suivant les positions et le parcours du véhicule. Et là gros soucis le véhicule s’arrête et rentre dans un parking souterrain… Voilà plus de réponse du traqueur car plus de réseau gsm et plus localisable par gps. Donc pas de position précise de l’endroit où il a été stocké. Véhicule disparut et pas retrouvé, donc Monimoto à ses limites. Je pensais être tranquille et pouvoir en cas de problème récupérer mon véhicule équipé de ce traqueur mais il n’est malheureusement pas au niveau du très connu traqueur coyote que j’avais sur mes anciens véhicules. Peut-être qu’avec le nouveau modèle ce problème majeur a été résolu. Je tenterai pas ou alors sur une voiture moins facile à voler et encore.

Sleep button doesn’t work any more so can’t turn off alarm/alerts. Kind of renders this vey expensive tracker useless.  Gg lads

J’ai essayé son concurrent direct (Georide pour ne pas le nommer) et je l’ai rendu direct lorsque j’ai compris qu’ils gardaient tout en mémoire (trajets réalisés, vitesse maximale atteinte etc), sans pouvoir à AUCUN MOMENT effacer ces données (ce qui soit dit en passant ne respecte pas les RGPD). Bref, la moto étant synonyme de liberté et le traceur Georide restreignant par nature cette liberté, j’ai préféré prendre un autre traceur. Avec Monimoto, rien de tout cela : il ne garde rien en mémoire et ne sert que lorsque l’on vous vole votre moto. Pas de fioritures, que de l’indispensable. Personnellement je vote POUR !!!

I love how this works. The only one that’s cheap for 49$ a year for subscription and the ONLY ONE WITH LIVE TRACKING. And once someone even moves n touches it it’ll call you immediately! And I have a IWatch so I’ll know immediately. Because I keep my phone on vibrate the whole time. But I use this for my new ebike. All I ask to be updated is the UI of the app. Thats it. 
The App is dull and boring. Please revamped the app and make it modern looking and have the battery percentage of the tracker device inside the app and maybe a widget for it to. 
But other than that love the device this should be more sponsored out there because my dad got his motorcycle stolen and this woulda helped big time!

Initially thought I wanted something with 24/7 pin point location. Although the daily updates confirm location. Just moving the bike/car without the key fob near by immediately calls your phone. Then live tracking starts. Works well. Great to install on anything with wheels.

I placed it inside my bike. It fits perfectly. I made a test and went 10 m away and received immediately alerts on my phone as well as a phone call! This is an amazing device. This is $150 and you need to pay $50 subscription per year. I think there is room to lower the subscription per year to maybe $25. It would be perfect as most of insurances are covering theft anyway.

The apps functionality is simple to use and the customer service is second to none. I had the pleasure of dealing with Liuka when I had an issue and they responded extremely fast and were a great help with what I needed.
