### 4/5 — Good basic timer

*2022-02-22*

Current version works ok… has room for improvement: the mindfulness minutes saved don’t include an icon so that shows up blank in fitness. Picking a time for the mindfulness is currently 1 min, or increments of 5 min. That’s simple and easy, might be nicer to be able to sun a dial for custom times.

Latest version is a big improvement!

**Developer response:** Sorry about that. I fixed the bug in the latest update. 1.1.3 I hope you’ll give it another chance. 😀

### 5/5 — The simple minimalist app for Watch

*2025-11-10*

Deeply thankful for this, keeping it without subscription. Zero frills.

Logs mindfulness minutes, just what I needed.

The icon is also cute, just looking at it on my watch gets me in the zone :-)

### 5/5 — All I need

*2024-11-12*

It’s surprisingly hard to find an app that will just let me start a timer from my watch and log it with Health Kit. This app is just that, nothing more, and for that it is perfect.

### 5/5 — Perfect

Perfect app

### 5/5 — Close to Perfect

*2024-03-01*

This is an excellent app, I really respect and am deeply grateful for the work that went into releasing this entirely free. It’s meditatively basic, distraction-free, just a timer and heart rate + mindfulness minutes tracking, which is everything I want, plus the icons are good-looking too. The one thing that would make this perfect for me is if I were able to set an open goal instead of being forced to pick a time limit, so I could utilize the tracking without limiting or planning how my meditation sessions will go.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words! The newest update v1.1.4 includes the option to have an open ended meditation session. So you can start it without selecting a duration and stop it whenever you feel 🥳

### 5/5 — Perfect and Free?!

*2023-04-09*

I had to leave a review because I’m so grateful for this app, and I feel blessed because it was free.

After I figured out that I needed to download the app directly from my Apple Watch, I was able to immediately start using it. The times are in increments of five, so I just set the time for a little longer than my planned session, and end it manually when I finish.

I love that it monitors & reports my heart rate and meditation time to both the Apple Heath & Fitness apps.

Thank you, thank you! 🙏🏾

### 5/5 — Simple and clean

*2022-12-20*

I appreciate it app. It just runs a timer and sounds the bell (or gives haptic feedback if the bell is silenced) at the end of the meditation. The meditation is then saved to the health app/data, along with a heart rate reading. Having this on my watch as a complication encourages me to do some meditation when time allows.

Apart from 1 minute, the meditation periods are in increments of 5 minutes. For the most part that works for me. Occasionally I would appreciate being able to set custom times.

### 5/5 — The simplicity makes it useful

*2022-04-03*

Fast and easy to get into and start a session. The technology does not get in the way. Its a simple timer that records your efforts to the health app, nothing more.

Suggestion for the dev: The always on display support is nice, but currently it updates every second meaning it won’t be very battery efficient over a longer session. The default timer apps have a nice way of handling this, where the seconds are only displayed when you wake the screen.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review and for the feedback. In the latest version v1.1.4 I have optimized the seconds so they only update every minute and paused animations when the screen isn’t active to save battery.
