## What is Monkey Code?

Monkey Code is the companion app for our I.T. support customers. Raise a ticket, track your jobs, and stay in touch with our Brisbane-based team — all from your pocket.

ABOUT MONKEY CODE
We're an Australian I.T. team that has looked after local businesses since 2014, with friendly support and custom business-app development.

A quick note: we are NOT "Code Monkey" / "CodeMonkey", the kids' learn-to-code game — that's a different company, and we're not connected to it. If that's what you were after, no worries at all… and you're welcome to stay for a quick game of SpaceMonkeys while you're here!

• Log a new support ticket in seconds — add a description, set a priority, attach photos
• Track your open and completed jobs, with live status updates
• Get a push notification when your tickets progress

### 4.0 — 2026-08-06

Sign in with Microsoft

- Staff can now sign in with their Microsoft 365 work account instead of a
  separate Monkey Code password. Tap "Sign in with Microsoft" on the login
  screen.
- Your existing username and password still works exactly as it always has.
  Nothing about the way you sign in today has changed.
- Face ID sign-in is unaffected, whichever way you signed in.

### 3.9 — 2026-07-04

• Push notifications are more reliable — the app now refreshes its registration each time it opens, so alerts keep coming through after an app or iOS update.
• The menu and other buttons in the top bar now respond on the very first tap.
• Cleaner, full-width design for the My Jobs / All Jobs switch.
• Reliability fixes and polish throughout.

• Streamlined sign-in: with Face ID set up, a splash screen signs you straight in; otherwise the login is cleaner and centered, with a manual fallback if Face ID can't be used.
• New "Contact Us" panel on the sign-in screen — find out who we are (we're Monkey Code, not "Code Monkey"!) and reach us by email, phone, or web.
• Added SpaceMonkeys, a quick arcade game you can play before you sign in.
• Reliability fixes and polish throughout.
