I really had forgotten about LCD games and how much fun so many of them were to play. This game is no exception. This is a wonderful trip back to adventure and new discoveries, and reminds us that simple can ofttimes equate to fun. Simple graphics, simple play, and a whole lot of happy times. You know, so many of the retro games focus on 8-bit or 16-bit graphics that many of us forgot about LCD. Well, guess what? It's back! Monkey Labor has a very simple interface with start, menu and movement buttons; exactly like the original handheld gaming device. The gameplay is simple too but because of building difficulty at an agitated pace, it’s addictive as well. It still works great on my iPad Pro, and remains a speedy retro break.
