I purchased the unlimited access for life version of this program for my daughter ($100 CAD) and she really enjoyed it. I was so excited to find a program that she actually liked and would help her learn. After about a week to 10 days after purchasing, the program stopped working. Every time we try to download to another level, the app crashes and we have to start again... only it happens every single time. It also says it cannot connect to the internet which is odd seeing as I’m able to simultaneously search on an internet browser on the SAME device at the SAME time. I tried contacting the company twice about this issue and it’s been months with no response. I’m extremely disappointed by the lack of help and customer service with this company and feel like they’ve basically stole an easy $100 dollars from a struggling mom trying to teach her little girl at home during a global pandemic. Shame on you!
