## What is MonkLock?

MonkLock helps you stop opening distracting apps on autopilot.

Choose the apps that pull you into the scroll. Close the gate. When you try to open them, MonkLock guides you back to a short ritual first: breathe, sit, reflect, then choose with intention.

This is not another productivity dashboard. MonkLock is a calm discipline system for training the pause before the impulse.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
