Some people don’t wanna pay to get more backgrounds and I don’t think they should have to. I think that we should be able to choose from any background we want to there should not be backgrounds that can only be unlocked by VIPs, which from the reviews that I have read, it doesn’t even unlock them. I use this app a lot maybe possibly daily. So I try again with the “already purchased “ selection and again get nothing so I email again, that was in APRIL!!!!! It’s now JULY and I have gone through the same process!! All of my instagram story covers come from designs on this app and my self-contact icon is my initials also created in this app. There is a fair amount of choice of designs and fonts, and yes, while I agree there could be more backgrounds, I think simplicity is also okay.
