No entiendo por qué los procesos que se agregan desde la página no quedan registrados en la app

No se sincroniza con las actuaciones que si salen en la web, solo me enseña el primer proceso que agregué, cerré la sesión y volví a ingresar pero nada, no se actualiza. Tampoco llegan notificaciones cuando hay cambios.
