There is absolutely nothing you can do with this app without subscribing. They have a free journal option so you can just make whatever entry you’d like, but that you have to pay for. The other option of the daily prompt would be available to free users however I have not seen any daily prompts. It shuts says there’s nothing available today. This is not free at all and possibly a scam? I don’t know. Good luck.

I would consider recommending this app as adjunct therapy to routine treatment based on the individual goals and character of the patient.
