I used to shoot with my back tilted backward. The breakdown shows that I need to straighten my back to transfer power from legs to my upper body. You record yourself and it analyzes your shot giving you a comparison to a pro. You can try to shoot more like the pro it gives you or you can select a pro you want to shoot like. Either way it gives you a complete analysis to get your shot more efficient and a better idea of what you’re doing right and wrong. It gives percentages and angles as well.
