And by far this is the worst one. The live support chat is horrendous and even abandoned chats. It wasn’t like I was rude either, I asked a basic question and they up and left. After the second conversation I got the answer I was looking for, but then realized that they force you to debit $10 to the account from whatever account you want to withdraw before you can withdraw for real. I use apple pay, but the card I used was deactivated and was told I HAVE TO add $10 before I can withdraw. Unlike other casinos that you can simply add a bank account. On top of that I was given a random bonus credit, as nice as that was, originally from the first conversation I was told it was just site credit and it doesn’t do anything (That’s where they left then before I could ask more questions) I feel like whoever i was chatting with didn’t care at all and barely answered any of my questions. When asked for a supervisor I was told it was an entirely different department and it will take 3 days for them to email me. I feel like for what’s it worth stick to fanduel or draftkings. Don’t use this. Support if you can read this, just know I tried. This is the first time I feel I was genuinely wronged by a casino. I know supports usually aren’t that great but this one is just bottom barrel.
