People we only chat with about partner events, we may not speak to them again. This is cluttering up. Let us be able to hold down the chat/person and be able to hit delete please! **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your thoughts about needing a delete option for chats, Tycoon. We recognize how managing your chat list can improve your experience. Although permanently deleting all chats is available by contacting support directly, the app now has the Archive Chat feature. To do that, open any DM or group chat, tap the chat name, then select Archive Chat from Chat Settings. You may also check our article "Monopoly GO! So many messages are using up so much phone space! Please integrate the option to delete messages. While deleting a specific message by long pressing a certain message is possible, we are only able to delete messages within a conversation, and not the whole instance of the conversation. We want to enhance these sharing features to make your trading experience much better on the board! ### 2/5 — It’s just ok *2026-06-15* They really need to make it so we can DELETE a chat I have a page full of garbage chats I no longer need and no way to delete them. Yeah you can leave some of them but not all. It’s annoying. Also there is no longer a notification red dot on the top side where you can check all your stuff so unless you’re looking you have no idea there is a message. Was a great idea to finally allow us to talk to our teammates during partner events but falls very short of being worth it **Developer response:** Hey Shelly! Your safety is important to us! ### 3/5 — Please Let Us Delete Chats! *2026-05-25* So glad to finally have this app! Makes game play so much better being able to chat with in-game friends. HOWEVER, the inability to delete old chats is infuriating… I have 18 chats and at least 10 that are people I’m no longer friends with or chats with literally 2 chats sent that I would like to DELETE but can’t… Also, when creating group chats the option for only the person who created the group to have the ability to invite people in. Also, the ability to remove inactive chatters from group chats. Thank you, I hope you implement this suggestions, it would help immensely! ### 3/5 — Bad customer service *2026-05-08* I’ve had 2 of the people on the chat get me suspended from the chat group. When I don’t have the cards they want they report me for breaking a rule. When I contact customer service they say they can’t see why I get suspended and they can’t fix it. It was super complicated to get cards, you may be thoroughly and diligent in the game, we don’t reward you.
