After you download the app and create an account they tell you to wait 24 hours before you can get a code. I can register but I can’t use it to earn points from the loyalty program because the barcode that should be scanned from the app is blank. My phone is installed with the latest firmware and with the latest app update. I tried to sign out and sign in but the OTP didn’t arrived to my registered phone. What a waste of time! I like changing my phone frequently and only app creates an issue about this is Monoprix app. And when you click on Register my device, they don't register it. Remove that device registration, you are not a bank.
