Boy was I mistaken. I am not an experienced investor and am not as knowledgeable of this subject as many. These folks have taken my money but have offered no help. It said it would, but did not.. I got scared that it was a scam and pulled out. I trust Laura and really wanted to invest with her patriot and family values. I’m an IT gal; but found it difficult to use. I guess it’s not for me. To bad.. Hope they fix it soon. ### 1/5 — Want to like it, but needs major communications/service help *2025-08-04* I waited 10 months to see if I’d actually be helped to open my “rejected” then “pending” account, finally only hearing I can’t open one, because they were professionally advised it and no other explanation. I remember earlier speaking to the CEO who was actually nice (because I mailed a letter to get through), but the team just doesn’t seem consistent at all. I think a lot of us who were originally happy to use a good service have been left with a bad taste in our mouths simply because of a real bad system for communication at the beginning. If you’d like us to revisit your case directly, please reach out to support@monorail.com so we can assist you further. ### 1/5 — Beware *2025-08-04, version 7.20.0* By applying for an account you are automatically “subscribed” and they will use your bank account info to deduct a monthly subscription fee, even if they don’t accept your application. And, trying to get help with that issue seems futile. ### 1/5 — Rejection Is Eminent *2025-07-12* I’ve been awaiting a proper response from an actual person in management or even the CEO yet nada. Sure I spoke to a sledged representative and a few carroted e-mails or AI generated chats yet no solution or explanation as to why my accounts were rejected. I think either the app is deeply flawed or Monorail is a cheap ride. They’ve accumulated a few months of member fees and then an arbitrary cancellation of said fees even after telling them I didn’t want them to,that Injustice wanted my account fixed. What’s even more ridiculous,is receiving an e-mail saying “invitation “ to “activate “ my account as if a sick joke. I’d give a zero star if it existed. I wonder how many people they’ve scammed? **Developer response:** We’re very sorry for your experience. The sign in stays grayed out even after you enter your credentials. Logging in on a desktop works fine or the web browser but not the app. ### 1/5 — Frustrated *2025-04-28, version 7.20.0* Having are hard time in purchasing fractional shares and customer support say they will look into after it being reported and I never hear back from them . I have to message them or email them back and apologize and they will look into it and never hear back.
