### 4/5 — Unable to create file, app directory missing

*2025-12-20*

Something has corrupted my ability to find the ‘monote’ folder which is causing issues specifically, with creating and saving a new text file. Both ‘monote’ folders from iCloud and on my iPhone are completely empty but when trying to create a new file from the app, I can see files from my previous attempts (although they are greyed out). Unsure if I caused this error or if an update to this app caused it.
