It is painful to use, and there is no alternative I know about. The layout is confusing, I constantly need to sign into my account and it’s just outright irritating to use. I cannot express how horrible this app is, so I’m not going to even try. The only way to fix it would be to completely remake the entire thing from the ground up.

this app is extremely buggy, the constant crashes and poorly made interface really makes the app difficult to use. For example when trying to sign in and hit the student button the app instantly crashes, ok let’s say you do get by that you’ll instantly have trouble with the microsoft authentication that simply just loads on end when you’re trying to pair. Honestly I believe that the app has potential if put in more effort to it. Why won’t they have the students in the engineering department help fix the app instead. Not only are they getting a lesson and experience but they’re helping new students create and have a positive experience at MCC.

The stay logged in never works. Putting in your password for every action is so tedious.

I am so aggravated with MCC at the moment. I sign into my MCC app and account dozens of times a day. And each time I have to go through a multistage parade just to access my own account.  And this Microsoft Authentication App they are promoting is garbage. I still can not access anything. This should not be so complicated. It’s MCC, not the Pentagon! FIX THIS GARBAGE!

Can not get past the “Agreement” page! Very disappointing.

The app is janky but overall works. The big problem is it’s a full-screen-only app. I can’t view bright space while taking notes on the iPad I bought for schoolwork.
