### 4/5 — Ability to archive labels?

*2023-01-02, version 1.11*

Like others I used MonroneyLabels.com to discover the true equipment optioned onto each car I was seriously considering during my search in 2021. The irony is the label for the car I ended up buying did not have a label available for it. Fortunately the dealer photos were good enough inside and out for me to determine that the car I did buy was fully loaded. The only options that could not be discerned visually were sport suspension (which I didn’t want) and adaptive headlights (which I did.)

A month later I decided to try to buy the label again just for the heck of it and I was able to. Turns out the car does in fact have adaptive headlights and no sport suspension, which is great! Dream Car attained.

In the meantime I had bought the labels for 6 other cars that I decided to pass on and I’m glad I spent a little money up front to not end up with the “wrong” car. Of course the app does not know which car or cars I actually own and so the labels are all listed ‘My Cars” in the app. It would be great if I could archive these labels being that I have no reason to look at them ever again. Since I did pay actual money for them I don’t want to delete them, that would feel strange. But I don’t need to see them listed just to get to the one that is actually mine.

Other than that this app is all right. The animated splash screen does waste time. It is an ugly app but not devastatingly so. It’s not “designed” so much as “engineered.” I would like to be able to set the app to start on the My Cars screen, not the Enter VIN screen. I do really like how a label is handled in-app once you’ve selected it, and I like how there is a copy VIN button. I really want to give 3.5 stars but since I can’t I’ll give it 4 in good faith.

### 4/5 — Essential

*2022-11-17, version 1.11*

The information provided is great! Sometimes it has data that the dealer themselves don’t know about. Point of origin might be useful. Price point a little high. Maybe offer bundles.

Other than that -great app and needed when buying a used car.

### 5/5 — Got the window sticker for my recently purchased Corvette

*2022-03-03, version 1.09*

Excellent product. The window sticker was original looking and detailed the equipment on my 12 yr old Corvette accurately. I already had the build sheet which I got from a dealer when looking for a paint code for touch up paint. The window sticker and build sheet will help greatly when it’s time to part with my Corvette, which hopefully is a long way off. The small fee was worth it. Although Chrysler products (Stellantis) offer stickers for free. GM and Ford plus other manufacturers should too. MonroneyLabels does a great job at filling the gap.

### 5/5 — Convenient and Efficient!

*2022-02-23*

I have several cars to value and found the app incredibly convenient and efficient to get the original window sticker detail that I could easily email or print. Whether you like to buy or sell, this app is a must have if you are on the go and need data quickly.

### 5/5 — Great App

*2021-12-22, version 1.08*

Found two corvettes I was looking at. Heard about this app and put in the two vin numbers and got copies of the window sticker. Very easy to use and has the right info to help me choose between the models. Bought one of the cars last night. Thanks for the great app

### 5/5 — Very Useful Tool

*2021-10-26, version 1.08*

Finally an app that will break down what features are in the used car, and how much was the car originally. Excellent!

### 5/5 — Great app, does exactly what I need

*2021-10-22, version 1.08*

Was curious about my cars original sticker and all the options it came with so I downloaded this app. Everything was very easy and straightforward. I entered my VIN and I had the sticker within less than 3 minutes, amazing.

### 5/5 — 10/10

*2021-10-22, version 1.08*

Great app, got the job done. Recommend 10/10.

### 5/5 — Great during the current chip shortage

*2021-10-11*

Lots of sellers are listing cars for way more then they cost new a couple years ago. This app helped me weed those out and purchase a car that wasn’t unreasonably over priced.

Only wish I have is that they offer an option for unlimited searches over a month vs paying one by one.

### 5/5 — Window Sticker

*2021-09-22*

Not every dealership provides a window sticker on a car that I’m interested in purchasing. Nevertheless, my internet search brought me to Monroney Labels. No matter what, everyone has different expectations. However, as far as I’m concerned, Monroney met my expectations and provided a product that I could not find anywhere else. I input the vin number and clicked submit and was immediately provided with a window sticker for the vehicle I am interested in. I was then able to print them out and compare the vehicle’s options without having to flip back and forth on my screen. For my situation, this was a great product. Highly recommend!

### 5/5 — Absolutely as advertised!

*2021-09-18*

I’ve recently purchased a 2019 Ford F-150. The dealership I bought my truck at was not a Ford dealer and didn’t have the window sticker at the time of my purchase. Since it’s something I always like to have around, mostly just to look at all the sweet options my truck is riddled with, I searched the internet over and over to find a site that could make that window sticker available for me. ‘Tis a little expensive ($7.99) for something so simple that should’ve maybe been made available by the dealer, but for someone likewise of myself, you appreciate knowing you have it!

### 5/5 — So helpful when shopping for a used car!

*2021-09-07*

One of the things I hate about looking at used cars is that dealers aren’t always the most reliable source when it comes to what options a car does, or doesn’t, have - and frankly I don’t have time to go check every single car for myself. This app takes all the guesswork out of it!

### 5/5 — Great tool when buying a car

*2021-08-31, version 1.07*

Dealerships don’t always know what options vehicles have-this is a great tool when hunting for a certain feature on a vehicle!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not the sticker

*2025-12-23, version 3.0.2*

It is not the monroney label - it only provides generic info that is available with a free vin lookup sites - no specific options and not the original sticker - it’s a scam

### 1/5 — No password manager integration

*2024-10-15, version 3.0.2*

Want me to create an account but no password manager integration or single sign on. Yikes what year is it?

### 1/5 — Couldn’t find vin, so app purchase was a waste of $

*2022-10-23, version 1.11*

Said vin was unavailable.
No place to request refund?

### 1/5 — Really? Won’t let me type in a VIN

*2021-06-19, version 1.07*

I open the app go to add vehicle then try to type in a Vin number and it won’t let me type in anything there’s no keyboard or a cursor in the blank. I go to submit feedback type in my feedback hit send and it just sits there thinking and thinking. Pretty basic app, how do you screw that up??

### 1/5 — They never sent it

*2021-06-13, version 1.07*

They are taking forever to send me my label. I’m starting to think I’m not gonna get it. I ordered it 3 weeks ago. So instead I had to screen shot the label and email to myself so I could print it. There is no way to check the shipping or tracking. I added 12 accessories but I had to remove 2 of them because it made the aspect ratios go out of wack. Don’t spend your money, just put in your information and screen shot it and print it yourself.

### 2/5 — Allow 1998 vehicles to use this app

*2021-07-23, version 1.07*

I wish I could use this for my 1998 Dodge Dakota truck.

### 3/5 — Misleading charge description

*2023-08-26, version 3.0.2*

The charge states that it is a “one time charge” .
That is vey misleading as it charges you every time you need to look up a new VIN.

### 3/5 — Good but can be better.

*2022-02-22, version 1.09*

Great resource but needs a subscription option. Pay by vis is too pricey for multiple vehicles.

### 4/5 — Works great; but expensive

*2024-01-17, version 3.0.2*

The app works really well and they make it very easy to use. The information is very accurate as well. My only issue is that I need to buy each vin individually, I wish there was a subscription or package I could purchase. This will make it really simple when car shopping and having to check multiple VINs.

### 4/5 — Really Helpful

*2023-08-15, version 3.0.2*

I used this while shopping for cars, especially great for auction cars that don’t have labels. Also great at double checking dealer’s info on vehicles, I had ran into a few issues where the internet listing was incorrect and it caused me an unnecessary drive.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Great Efficient App!

*2024-01-10*

I own a 2008 Toyota Camry LE I bought in July 2019 and a 2007 Honda Odyssey LX I bought in January 2021. Obviously their original window stickers have been lost to time with their ages, so I went looking around to see if I could find them from a vin website, but came up with nothing. Then I found this app and it worked exactly as I wanted! The original owner of the Camry added a sunroof and premium sound package, and the original Odyssey owner put in a whopping zero extra options! Not even a roof rack!😆 The app was super straightforward and easy to use. You just type in the vin, pay for the report, and boom, you’ve got it! It was so cool to see their original information all these years later. The reports are saved on the app, so it’s not like a CarFax report where it expires after a certain amount of time. I printed one for each car just to have them in paper view. They cost way less than a CarFax report too ($10 a piece) I own a 1995 Honda Civic LX which came with its sticker but I typed in its vin just to see if they have its original sticker, and they do! I will be using this app for future car purchases to locate their stickers too. It’s easy, affordable, and a cool look into the past, thanks to this app!

### 5/5 — Lucky this app exists

*2023-06-09*

Bought a new (to me) with no owners manual. Trying to figure out what equipment this car had. Came across this app online and tried it out. In app purchase was $9.99 for an exact duplicate of the window sales sticker. Huge help. Plan on getting another for our other car to verify it’s equipment as well. Stunning to see the actual sticker price when new— Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Accurate window sticker

*2023-03-06*

Purchased a used Mustang GT and wanted to verify the options installed. Car came to me with a few items not hooked up right and the window sticker showed those items not be be original. I was sort of thinking that on my own from research on the internet. Great way to get the original window sticker for a few $$$
Thank you!!!

### 5/5 — Got exactly what I paid for!

*2023-01-31, version 3.0.1*

Gave me the entire original window sticker with all the options originally chosen! If it wasn’t for this app I’d never have known what all was chosen on a used truck I purchased!

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2023-01-25, version 3.0.1*

This app is very helpful

### 5/5 — Excellent supplement when used car shopping

*2023-01-19, version 3.0.1*

I found the information provided was helpful in understanding original equipment at build and added options. Most dealers have no idea what options are on your used car. Also helpful in establishing original MSRP.

### 5/5 — Fantastic

*2022-12-16, version 1.11*

This product was fantastic to use! Quick and simple, and got my window sticker to me right away just like they said they would! Thanks!

### 5/5 — Valuable Tool

*2022-12-14*

The used car market is crazy right now. This app has been extremely helpful to ensure listed options are complete and correct on used car listings. Additionally, knowing the original value helps me determine how inflated a price is, especially on newer used cars. The app is incredibly easy to use. I recommend it!

### 5/5 — Excellent Customer service

*2022-05-16, version 1.10*

They resolved my issue & very helpful. Great APP

### 5/5 — F150

*2022-03-16, version 1.09*

I used this app to retrieve the sticker for an F150 that I recently purchased..
It was easy to use, quick, and ACCURATE!!
