It’s impossible to have both play audio at the same time I’ve reset the buds forgot the device repaired nothing works. The app is a whole other mess the buds don’t even show up on the app no matter how many times I read thru the instructions they just don’t show up. You guys really messed this up they do the same thing on older iOS software the newest iOS software and also on android devices.
