What is going on???

I used to use this app all the time on a different device but then my brother threw my ukulele down the stairs so I couldn’t use it anymore. I got a new ukelele recently, and wanted to use the app to learn how to play again as soon as I open the app, it shows the loading screen and then it kicks me out of the app. I’ve tried on my phone and on iPad that I used to use this app for, neither of them work. They both kicked me out. I’ve tried deleting the app and getting it again. I’ve tried powering off and powering back on. It always doesn’t work. Please Fix!

That totally kicks me out!! I have no idea why but I hope that the company replies to this review because it keeps on kicking me out of the game when I try to get in!! This please reply to this review the company that made this I’m having total glitchy problems!
