I like the animated sound of the singing and how good the armies sound together. All you do is tap monsters and then they make a note. If you want your child to become interested in music, perhaps a real keyboard would be nicer. The built in songs do not work and the optional song downloads do not work. The app also freezes when you try to record. One scale, no option to change the sounds. No record? You must be kidding. There are dozens of free apps that let you do more. I am a grandma in my mid-50's and am having a blast with these little monsters. I would have given it 6 stars if they made the recording time longer. The microphone seems to shut down so quickly and does not give you much time to record anything. 😠 I apologize if I missed this, but I don't remember seeing a save function (there could be one, and if so, I apologize), don't remember seeing a "send email" button, so my grandchildren, who live far away, can hear the virtuouso in their grandma. I'm sure I didn't see a FB button either. I hate knocking a great app, but if I see the recording time get longer, and I see a "save" and "email" button, my rating will most certainly change to FIVE or better. I am a senior wanting to improve my ear training and have found it very helpful to try to match the pop up random sound on the scale of monsters. It would be great if you could add a scoring facility to rate how many matches were correct out of total attempts.
