You can buy ad tickets however each time you skip an ad you use one….. why not have one price to remove ads like 99% of other games. You can easily blow a ton of ad tickets in a short amount of time. And they are expensive. 24 ad tickets is 6.99 however that is only skipping 24 ads. That is crazy!! if you spend anytime on game that would do you 30 mins there are that many ads One price permanent ad removal and this game would be an absolute favourite **Developer response:** Kewterz, thanks for taking the time to play our game. I’d easily rate it 5 🌟, except the ad company is terrible. Why anyone thinks an ad showing a small child watching her mother die makes a game look appealing - it’s sick and gross. Not to mention the plethora of disgusting NSFW ads. Sure, in Monster Country Idle watching ads is optional. But as with most idle games, ad watching provides quite a benefit - especially in events. The ad company Kano Games uses to populate their ads is a serious detriment to the game. Enough that I consider just deleting the app. 😕 Change ad partners, and this remains one of my favorite non-arcade games. **Developer response:** We are so pleased to hear that you really like the game, but sorry about any troublesome ads you've run into. The added widescreen borders onto the iPhone format. If you use an iPad because you have trouble seeing small text, you're going to be disappointed. The art is kinda cool at first, it never changes. Even the quests are on a loop. First, this is a fantastic idle game. There’s a fun story that actually enhances the game, and the stories in events are thematically relevant to the main game. There idle game mechanics themselves are quite well done - this game should become a classic example of genre excellence. Second, events vary game strategy so you don’t get bored. If you pay really close attention, you’ll notice they switch up gameplay in events occasionally. Slight tweaks, but the same event doesn’t always play quite the same way! Last, there were some real issues with poor ad partners and offensive ads. The developers listened to that feedback, both here (in my original review that I accidentally deleted), and via email. Their efforts to make the ad-watching aspect better matters. Everyone wants ad bonuses (especially in events) - so a poor ad experience truly detracts from gameplay. Terrible ads harmed their otherwise great game, and it was a wonderful surprise to see how proactive Kano Games has been making the ad experience better. (Since I’m mentioning ads, I have seen one for Monster Country Idle. It is actually the real game! That’s so rare - and welcome.) This is a 5 ⭐️ game in every way: great gameplay, fun story, excellent art, wonderful customer support. I love idle games but they usually get boring fast. Not this one! There’s storylines and fun comics throughout each level. I love the events as well. It’s nice to take a break from the actual game. I’m also really competitive so it’s really great to have some competition in an idle game!
