The upgrade mechanics for how to level up and get better are similar to other mobile games but I love how they found a way to apply them to Pokémon. The battles are vibrant and interesting as well. The visual and animation on the Pokémon are really cool. They use the good battle music. It’s has idle mechanics like the name suggests. This was recommended to me several times by an ad on Tiktok and curiosity got the best of me. Still a bit confused on the pulling system for getting more Pokémon. They come in shards? Or cards? Still trying to figure it out. There’s a “game event” for a 5 star rating so that’s probably why it has so many good reviews. Is it good? I’m willing to give it a few days to play to find out. Will I give them money? The game is rise of elf. The ad I saw for this game seemed different but still pokemon so I thought I’d give it a go only to see a copy and paste. Will be deleting and going to play on the other app just cause they’ve done more patch work. ### 3/5 — Good game but soon becomes P2P *2024-02-28* At first it’s very good and you’re able to obtain many Pokémon and make progress. But when they release a legendary Pokémon like Lugia , or any other on the draw cards, you NEVER get them. You have to spend a good amount of money on diamonds. The unique move art is so impressive I'm mostly paying to see more of the pokemon at. ### 4/5 — Oddly well done Pokémon gotcha *2024-01-07* This clearly isn’t licensed by game freak so my best guess is this will probably be taken down some time in the future I’ve seen very similar games that use ip like this in particular a naruto game I used to play I spent a lot of time in that suddenly disappeared one day. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the same studio because the core game is strikingly similar. But all that aside it is pretty in depth and besides the rolling for Pokemon gatcha mechanic you arnt pressured into almost any micro transactions (as of me playing this for 2 days might get worse idk) and the art is better then any main line Pokemon game I’ve seen in 5 years which is hilarious ### 4/5 — Great fun! *2024-01-03* The graphics are fantastic! Its got a descent pace for leveling up your character and Pokémon. There are times that it does seem a bit slow as there is spent energy, so theres only so much you can do.
