I’m an Army veteran with the typical issues, and this allows me to keep track of my ongoing stuff for my VA appointments. My mom is also getting up in age, so I can keep track of the symptoms she’s been having. Without this, it’s all taking notes during phone calls with mom, saving documents from different appointments, and forgetting crucial symptoms that happen months away from my next appointment. **Developer response:** First, thank you for your service! Helpful to have data to show my MD that symptoms are real and correlated (or not) to activities like #of steps, weight lifting or diet. ### 5/5 — Keeps Getting Better And Better!!! *2026-08-22* I originally downloaded monster health for tracking my own personal health and health of loved ones. However, my most recent experience blew me away!! The app was used in such a unique way that I’ve never seen on any other platform use. A very close friend of mine went into labor and instead of anxiously awaiting a text for days to find out how mom and baby were doing, I/a whole support team of friends and loved ones, received an invite link to follow along the birth journey. Mom and dad had created a birth board or group essentially, that we were invited to be a part of. This allowed us to see all of the most recent updates that they wanted everyone to be able to see as well as keeping track of their own birth journey. SO UNIQUE AND SO AWESOME. I fully intend to use this when we have kids and share this with anyone else that I know who is expecting. Not just for the shared experiences because there is so much more to this app than that. Thanks for the 5 stars! ### 5/5 — From a retired physician *2026-06-17* I love the convenience of having it on my phone rather than paper notes in a file that I have to remember to bring to a doctor appointment.  I’ve always got my phone with me!  I’m 72 years old and have complicated medical and family histories as well as a long list of medications.  It’s nice to have all that available during a doctor’s visit, especially for a new doctor or just for updating my regular doc at a routine visit. As a retired physician, I can see the value of this app for physicians.  I love the idea of patients coming to visits with organized questions, documentation of symptoms and severity, accurate list of current medications, as well as medications that were tried unsuccessfully in the past.  An accurate family history often evades patients memories, and can strongly influence differential diagnosis.  Overall, I see this program as a major move forward for patient-physician communications and improved medical care. **Developer response:** Coming from a retired physician, this feedback means the absolute world to our team! 🩺 You hit the nail on the head: having an accurate, organized history, medication list, and symptom log right on your phone makes those quick doctor visits so much more productive for both patients and providers.
