## What is Monster Summoner?

We don't know since when, a large group of monsters attacking human beings suddenly appeared in the world.
Fortunately, in times of crisis, humans find that they can be sealed with a magic capsule and can once again summon the monsters in the capsule to fight for themselves.
These people who summon and command monsters are called Summoner.

II. About subscription rules
