It's also the exact same ad. The top of the screen constantly has a banner ad that covers your in game currency counter. The game is a simple point where you shoot with some power ups. Enemies walk in a simple line towards your side. You basically need to upgrade your weapon to do with bough damage to kill the enemies and use a special to kill groups.
