### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2026-03-18, version 1.5.1*

Missing some things here and there but overall I’m pretty happy with it definitely gonna help me complete my Pokédex

### 4/5 — Great app

*2026-03-18, version 1.5.1*

I really like the Pokédex feature as it is great for collectors or Pokemon cards that are trying to get the Pokédex. And the nice part is you don’t need wifi so perfect when going to a shop or card show

### 4/5 — Legends za

*2026-03-07, version 1.4.9*

It doesn’t seem to have added any of the new mega evolutions from legends za

### 5/5 — It works!

*2026-02-18, version 1.4.9*

It works on my iPhone 16, but my iPad Air 2 may have been too old to see it. Tip: Don’t use this app on old and laggy devices; it may not work. It also does not include the Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. Otherwise, it’s a great app that you should try out!

### 5/5 — Basic

*2026-02-15, version 1.4.9*

If you want a decent and optimized Pokèdex than this is what you’re looking for. No team building or anything.

### 5/5 — The ultimate free Pokédex on iOS

*2026-02-15, version 1.4.9*

Out of all the free Pokédex’s on the iOS App Store, this one is by far the best. No ads makes it subpar (to my experience) and it not requiring you to pay a premium price for basic knowledge (again to my experience) you could get on bulbapedia is a huge plus in my book. This next part is really a bonus but being able to track all the pokemon you have in each game is pretty cool too, makes it really interactive instead of just being a app for information about different Pokemon! One thing that I personally would enjoy to see be added to this app is saving the preferences of how information is displayed! I prefer the grid view when it comes to the “My Pokédex” then entering the selected games Pokédex, but having to click one extra button to see my Pokédex in a grid view every time I open up that menu is just me nitpicking.

### 4/5 — Mmm

*2026-02-06, version 1.4.9*

Not some of the newer Pokémon’s in here

### 5/5 — Recommend!!

*2026-01-20, version 1.4.9*

Definitely love this. All the different Pokémon, both the national dex and each gen game. The ability to assign seen, captured or shiny. The only suggestion I would even be able to have would be the pokemon variants being shown to differ too. Love this app

### 5/5 — I ❤️ it

*2025-11-30, version 1.4.7*

### 5/5 — So far no ads

*2025-11-29, version 1.4.7*

*2025-09-25, version 1.4.6*

My husband and I are working on a TCG Pokédex and this app helps us keep track of everything so easily! No more lugging the binder around when we go to the card shop! I just check the app!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Won’t even let me see it

*2025-06-23*

The app just shows a white screen then kicks me to my home page. It says it’s iPad and iPhone, and I have an iPad, so I don’t see why other people see the app but I don’t.

It’s now been over a year since I wrote my original review for the app, and it still won’t work. The App Store told me that it is compatible with my iPad, which is the device I’m using. I would really like to see if the developers can fix this issue, since it seems like a great app without the problem.

**Developer response:** Hey Caleb Kinner,

Sorry to hear you're having trouble! It sounds like a compatibility issue. I’ll work on a fix for this in a future version. Thanks for letting me know!

Best,
Willie

### 4/5 — Grid mode too big

*2026-03-23, version 1.6.0*

The grid mode is too big I can’t see anything when using grid mode before I would use it to see lots of Pokémon but now I would be better off using the lineup mode. Can you please revert the bigger you ui? Or make a setting to change it.

### 5/5 — Nothing but praise and ideas

*2026-04-04, version 1.6.0*

I’ve been looking for a Pokédex app for a long time. Today was the day I found it. This is THE app. It’s completely free, nice UI, and in-depth data.
Just a few ideas:
• Sprite data from across games
• Cries
• And finally, A bar graph option for base stats would be nice.
My undying praise is given to you.
Thank you so much for making a useful app!

### 5/5 — Nice

Pretty good I wouldn’t say anything was bad

### 5/5 — Budget Best

Best free “monster” dex. Easy to navigate and simple, generous tools for the free price.
