We have been coming here for years during March Break. I can understand cancelling tubing during Covid, but why now? Kids have nothing to do in the evening. There are no snowmobile rides either. Most of the stores close early. There is no more fire pit or music at the top of the village. It’s like walking through a dead town. Prices have gone up, but amenities disappeared. Very disappointing.

I really like the app, knowing if the parking lots are full or not is time saving. I also like the fact that you can see where your friends or family are when they are skiing. The only thing I would like to have, is the possibility to put a profile picture😹. Lol

Overall this is a pretty great app.

Then you say there’s a shuttle to the North
side?  Tell that to the people who had been waiting an hour up to the time we left.

Ressemble plus à un catalogue papier qu’à un outil interactif.  Mauvaise image pour la station qui se contente de faire le minimum pour pouvoir dire qu’elle a un App.  N’essayez pas de trouver une piste car cette fonctionnalité ne semble pas exister.

I despise this app. Every time I go to use it, I find that I’ve been logged out and weak cell signals in the parking lot mean that it is almost impossible to log back in. Ikon app does not for e these constant log ins. Why does the Tremblant app?

Don’t believe I’ve been to Tremblant a single time without power failures, mechanical issues or simple coordination issues! How can such a large corporation be ran so poorly!? 
Half of the lifts still not up and running today! Half and it’s almost 10:00!
Really makes one think if the ticket price is worth it!

Tracking has only worked once out of 5 tries. Does not generate a bar code based on ikon or tonik passes for discounts in the shops. Slopes continues to be a MUCH better app for tracking runs.

J’ai été témoin d’un accident de ski et avec cette application tout de suite en contact avec la patrouille au lieu de faire le 911
Après l’appel j’ai ressenti le calme et la personne accidentée était rassurée donc paisible malgré ses douleurs.

Just downloaded the app. Suggest using the home page of your tool to notify skiers that the winds are high and the entire south side is closed. For the whole day.
Am well aware that not everyone here is doing snow sports, bit that kind of ‘news’
Would have saved many a lot of wasted time today. Hp ho ho
