This looks to be a basic app for looking up state laws, which is already free, and online, so I thought this app was worth a look. As it is, it is a year old information. An update was put out eight months ago, and is 10 .00. Not taking the chance on buying it o find out, The update information is also outdated. Deleting misguiding app!
