Fixed an issue with the wrong cutoff time showing in the cutoff reminder notification text.

* You may need to click the bell at the top right and re-submit the reminder notification for this fix to take effect. Note that this bug only effects the text shown in the notification, all the other cutoff times in the delivery edit page and on the edit notifications are correct.
