I have an account, sign in, then nearly two days later I have to do it again. Come on already, fix this so that an account will just stay signed in. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2026-02-11, version 1.11* I have to manually enter in scratch tickets. Each update makes it worse ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-12-26, version 1.11* Every time I scan a powerball ticket that is a winner of some amount of money, it always says that it’s not a winner. This app continues to disappoint. *2025-11-07, version 1.05* For some reason this app takes a very strong WiFi signal to load. For those of us in more remote areas this is frustrating. The ticket scanner works with paper drawing tickets, but I frequently have to manually enter scratch tickets. I miss being able to see the prize amounts that have been won on the scratch games. Some advance communication when you suddenly remove a feature like the daily spin would be nice so your users aren’t trying to open it to no avail. ### 2/5 — Can’t Scan Tickets *2025-10-02, version 1.02* Every single time I try to scan the tickets that I’ve bought, the camera within the app will not autofocus to actually scan the barcode. I get it close enough and it’s too blurry to read, so I pull the ticket away slowly to get it into focus and by that time it’s too far away for the camera to register that it’s there. Not a phone problem, I absolutely checked before writing this, because the autofocus on the regular camera works just fine. ### 2/5 — Scanner never works *2025-09-18, version 1.02* This app is awful classic case of don’t fix it when it’s not broke this app the scanner doesn’t work.
