This app continues to disappoint. *2025-11-07* For some reason this app takes a very strong WiFi signal to load. For those of us in more remote areas this is frustrating. The ticket scanner works with paper drawing tickets, but I frequently have to manually enter scratch tickets. I miss being able to see the prize amounts that have been won on the scratch games. Some advance communication when you suddenly remove a feature like the daily spin would be nice so your users aren’t trying to open it to no avail. ### 2/5 — Can’t Scan Tickets *2025-10-02* Every single time I try to scan the tickets that I’ve bought, the camera within the app will not autofocus to actually scan the barcode. I get it close enough and it’s too blurry to read, so I pull the ticket away slowly to get it into focus and by that time it’s too far away for the camera to register that it’s there. Not a phone problem, I absolutely checked before writing this, because the autofocus on the regular camera works just fine. ### 2/5 — Scanner never works *2025-09-18* This app is awful classic case of don’t fix it when it’s not broke this app the scanner doesn’t work. Need to fix the App. ### 1/5 — Worked once… *2025-08-28* Downloaded the new app and it worked fine. An hour later and it’s broken. Says I’m running an outdated version, so I deleted and downloaded again from the app store(again). Same message. Except there is no newer version and when you download current version from store, it gives same error. So I click to get the update and there isn’t one. The app is now completely useless.
