## What is Monte?

See 10,000 futures before you decide.

Can you take a year off? Retire at 60? Rent or buy? What happens if the job goes?

Monte answers the question you are actually asking. Tell it what is changing, in your own numbers, and it runs 10,000 simulations of your future: markets that rise and fall, careers that land or don't, and the bad early years that sink plans. Then it tells you plainly how often your plan holds: "Your money lasts through the next 10 years in 87 of every 100 futures."

More than a retirement calculator, Monte is a Monte Carlo simulator for the decisions in between. It runs entirely on your phone, with no account and no ads.

ASK ABOUT WHAT'S CHANGING
• Time off, a sabbatical, working less, stopping work early (FIRE)
• Losing a job, starting a business, changing career
• A baby, living on one income, supporting parents
• Moving, renting or buying, how much home you can afford
• A big purchase, a windfall, an investment property
• Retirement: when you can stop, and whether your savings last
• A savings goal, or paying off debt against investing

BUILD YOUR OWN PLAN
When no single question fits, build your situation from blocks: a home, a child, a raise that might come, a market crash, a loan, a pension. Tie changes to the same moment, repeat costs every year, and see how it all plays out together. Start from scratch or from an example plan.

ANSWERS YOU CAN CHECK
• One clear count out of 100, with the exact number of the 10,000 futures behind it
• Watch the futures play out year by year, including the ones that run out
• See how the futures are made: one of yours, month by month, with its real random draws
• Your savings as they are: in the bank, in shares and bonds, or a mix with gold and other currencies
• Every formula shown with your own numbers, every assumption with its source
• The same plan under weaker and stronger markets, side by side
• Amounts in today's money, with what they come to in each year's money

MONTE PREMIUM (monthly, yearly, or once)
• What it would take: the spending, saving, age or rent that reaches 9, 8 or 7 in 10 futures, with its range
• Deep Simulation: up to 225 versions of your plan on one map, over a million futures, and the nearest plan that works
• Your own plans, further: up to 40 blocks, rules on your savings ("stop working once I reach my number"), ranges for what you are unsure of, and the different ways a plan could go
Every free answer stays free. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account; the lifetime purchase is paid once.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your plans stay on your device, encrypted. No sign-up, no analytics, no ads. Share a picture or a PDF report only when you choose to.

HONEST BY DESIGN
Monte is an educational simulator, not financial advice. It shows how often a plan holds across the futures a model can produce, never a promise. Every answer says what it assumes and what it leaves out.
