Why do I have to keep downloading this app to get it working again?  This is extremely annoying, and time consuming.

Honestly loved the app it made it easy to do the Covid self check before I come into work to clock in but now it doesn’t even work anymore no matter how many times I put in my name and ID number and that’s just ridiculous it’s so frustrating to have to have to fill out the paper as I see coworkers able to fly through the check point cause their apps works. I know theirs more taxing things going on but I do hope it gets fixed no big deal tho like I said theirs more important concerns

For some reason it’s not letting me log in anymore I tried everything from re-loading the app to turning phone on and off still not letting me put in my information. It keeps telling me wrong last name or ez id?
