Also the abuse of ai images and ai videos in their ads, even in these app images on the store is crazy. There is not a single ad i have seen from this publisher that is not just ai generated. Nothing real is shown, and even the ads are the low quality, like they didnt even bother to pay for more expensive model, just generated whatever was the cheapest and free. This might as well be ai imaginary taxi as of how much they use it and do not show anything real. Also i just saw on other comments that they fight with other people leaving their bad experiences they had, saying like well you wouldnt need us if you could find the better opetion. I can not believe these people. Everyone is giving you 1 star because they removed your app, yes we do not need your services 😂 ### 1/5 — Prices 3 times more than regular taxi *2026-08-13* I tried using the app, and it showes prices triple from what a standard taxi charges, so I don’t recommend this app. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your feedback. If you could easily find a regular taxi at standard rates, you probably wouldn’t need our app in the first place. :) MonteGO is especially useful during busy periods when finding an available taxi can be difficult. Our prices are shown transparently before booking, so you can always decide whether the fare works for you. ### 1/5 — Заблокировали *2026-06-22* Я сделал 3 поездки, на 4й раз я вызвал такси и через минуту отменил, мне тут же написала поддержка в WhatsApp, спросила Are you okay? и заблокировала. Вы серьезно? **Developer response:** Из-за большого количества запросов, отправленных подряд, система автоматически определила ваш аккаунт как возможный спам. Поэтому мы написали вам сообщение «Are you okay?», но не получили ответа. Waste of time downloading app. ### 1/5 — Do not expect a pre-ordered taxi to show up *2026-02-05* For some reason, they let you pre order a taxi even though no one is coming. They let you wait until ten minutes after your reservation to let you know no one is coming. This app is okay if you are in town and want to go home. They are not coming to a neighborhood to pick you up. **Developer response:** Hello, We’re sorry for the negative experience you had. In your scheduled ride, the driver canceled the reservation at the last minute. This was detected by our system, and the driver has been removed from the platform. We apply strict measures in such situations to protect our passengers. In similar cases, we recommend using the Live Support feature within the app so we can assist you much faster. Our team is available to provide immediate help.
