I love the bank and my new accounts, but I can’t stand the app. It refuses to remember me and allow me to use Face ID to log in. Sometimes it will remember me for a few logins, but eventually, it starts over as if I’m logging in for the first time. I do a lot of mobile banking and sign in multiple times a day. This issue is extremely frustrating, and I really hope it gets fixed soon! ### 1/5 — Issues with app *2025-03-12* I have the username button switched on , yet I have to repeatedly reinsert my username . Kind of annoying when ever I just need to login to transfer money or something. Also the Face ID on a regular basis asks me to reconfirm that I want to use Face ID on this device. And yes I have been using same device for as long as I used this app. ### 2/5 — IOS Update Killed e-Deposits *2021-06-14* With IOS 14.6, the app no longer allows you to talk a picture of your check to do an e-Deposit. Please fix this ASAP. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Terrible Product *2020-10-31* I have been working from home and doing mobile deposits. I dread every time I have to do it because it takes so long. Main problem is not accepting checks where all info is clear as a bell and it tells me it can’t read the account number. Have there been ‘improvements’ to the system? This used to work first try. I can do it on a computer but many people are moving to not owning a computer. Sometimes I am away from my computer and if my computer breaks then I’m screwed. Many folks only have tablets or phones. What are you thinking. Let us download the Statements at least. Also can’t print anything from this APP. I like Mobile Deposit! and unlocking with finger print. Totally unresponsive! Please get better technology so I can stay with ya’ll, don’t want to go back to Wells Fargo just because their online banking is better.
