## What is Month2Month?

Month2Month is the companion app for your furnished monthly stay.

Everything about your stay, in one place:
• Check in with your door code the moment your home is ready, and unlock the front door from the app.
• Control the thermostat and smart-home devices in your home.
• Send a maintenance request with a photo and track it until it's done. No fees, ever.
• See your rent, utilities and payments, and pay from your phone.
• Read the house guide: Wi-Fi, parking, trash day, and how everything works.
• Extend your stay, add an occupant, or book a clean in a couple of taps.
• Reach a real person on the Care line when you need one.

Looking for your next home? Browse furnished homes across our regions, save the ones you like, and apply from the app.

Month2Month is for tenants with a booking. Sign in with the phone number on your reservation.
