Added lesson reminder notifications.

- Guardians receive a reminder the day before each lesson.
- The day before the month's last lesson, it says "Tomorrow is this month's last lesson."
- Teachers can set a message that goes out the day before the last lesson (e.g., a reminder to prepare next month's tuition). It can be turned on/off and edited.
- Notifications can be turned off anytime from My Page.

### 1.17.0 — 2026-08-08

Getting started is now much easier.

Teachers can start managing tuition right after signing up (no more class-ID setup step).
Students and guardians can join just by scanning the QR code their teacher shows them.
"Student Management" is now its own tab on the left of the teacher screen, so registering and inviting students is one tap away.

Adding new students is now invite-based: register a student and a QR code is issued for them—just show it to invite.
