## What is Monthly Rose?

Monthly Rose — a clean, ad-free period tracker.

No ads, no pop-ups, no shop. The only notifications are the reminders you turn on.

YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE AND IN APPLE HEALTH
• Every logging feature works without an account
• Two-way Apple Health sync: what you log in Health shows up here, and what you log here is written back
• No third-party ad, analytics or tracking SDKs; export or delete everything in one tap
• Optional encrypted cloud backup for when you switch phones

REMINDERS THAT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES
• Upcoming period, fertile window, ovulation, daily log and medication reminders at the times you choose
• Long cycles, short cycles and long periods are checked on your iPhone against rules from published guidelines
• Every alert tells you why it fired and what you can do

INSIGHTS FROM YOUR OWN DATA
• Your next period as the most likely day plus a range — honest about irregular cycles
• Trying to conceive: BBT, cervical mucus and ovulation tests (read from a photo) combine to estimate ovulation
• With Apple Watch: wrist temperature, resting heart rate and sleep compared across cycle phases
• A short report at the end of every cycle, and a one-page summary to bring to your doctor

FOUR MODES
Period, trying to conceive, pregnancy (weeks, due date, checkup schedule, kick counter, contraction timer) and postpartum (lochia, 6-week checkup, pelvic floor training, mood check-in). Switch any time; your records stay.

TALK
On a hard day, talk to Rosie, an AI companion that takes your mood and cycle phase into account. If you mention wanting to hurt yourself, Rosie shows crisis helplines right away.

CIRCLE
A community with no recommendation algorithm and no ads. Every post and comment can be reported or blocked.

ALSO
Apple Watch quick logging and complications, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, Siri and Shortcuts, Face ID lock, and partner sharing where you choose exactly what they see.

MONTHLY ROSE PLUS
Cycle reports and phase-based tips, alert explanations, unlimited Talk, and voice calls with Rosie (20 minutes a day; unlimited with Plus Voice). New subscribers get a special price for the first month of Plus Monthly, and a 7-day free trial on the other plans.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the regular price (including after an introductory price or free trial) unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
