### 5/5 — Educating parents is the key

So many different ways have been tried to educate parents about Montessori. Newsletter, email, social media, open house, and parent orientation to name a few. None of these have been fully successful. 

Parent education should include a description and purpose of the material and their child engaging with the material. 

This app does exactly that. In a few clicks, the student and the work are chosen from drop down menus and are sent to a parent along with a picture of the their child.  

The parents receive this via their Montopia parent app and are able to learn about the meaning and importance of Montessori materials.

Parent education can help with student retention as the value of Montessori is truly understood, and possibly increase enrollment as parents are able to show others what their child is learning and doing in the classroom.

This app is like no other and is the answer to complete and successful parent education.
