### 2/5 — Dubious privacy and unable to support multiple parties

The app is ok but a bit of a faff. My passport doesn't say clearly where the chip is. Assumed it was the chip symbol on the cover but that just looks like a symbol telling you it's an e-passport. Also, we were told by ML to supply multiple contacts for each party as they can't support a single email but it wasn't clear the app was a single login so we all kept changing the password for each other. Also, for some bizarre, still unexplained reason, one of our parties saw their ex-partners details. Talk about slack privacy and potential data breach. The app also defaulted a small checkbox to say property being sold was same as my address. It isn't but the developer, for some reason only known to them, didn't place a back button to allow me to correct any details. FFS. There's little control of the app by the user. Not hugely impressed.

If you are lucky enough to get Sophie Harkness as the Paralegal dealing with your conveyancing, you will receive a very Professional service but provided in a friendly, approachable manner. 
During our very prolonged Sale, not the fault of our Solicitors but that of the buyers/buyers Solicitors, Sophie went out of her way to explain things, ease our concerns and just generally put our minds at rest. 

I would 100% recommend Sophie Harkness/ Montpellier Legal for any of your requirements from a Solicitors.  Ellie and Graham.
