This service is extremely unreliable. Firstly, the drivers will overcharge and you are much better off using Bolt or Hotel provided taxi services. Also, my own experience was that my driver told me upon calling him at my agreed upon pickup time that he would be 30 minutes late. Hearing this, I told him I would have to cancel and promptly did so. I then found transportation through my hotel. After inquiring for a refund through this app, the customer service told me they would not issue me a refund due to me cancelling. Instead, they said I should have checked some box that said the service was not performed. It is criminal to not issue me a refund for a service that I never received simply because I clicked a wrong button on their app. Do yourself a favor and download Bolt or talk to your hotel’s concierge for a Taxi ride. Stay far away from this app for they will rob you of your money and leave you standing outside your hotel.
