Which I am. If I don’t log in, I can read the paper just fine. I have just re-suscribed after a few years and I can see that it’s just as boomer tech as it was 10 years ago. Sad. ### 2/5 — I have to constantly delete and re-install *2025-10-09, version 7.5* Average, once per week the app tells me to subscribe to read, even though I have been a subscriber for many years. The only solution is to delete the app and then re-install it. The Monday paper should be discontinued at this stage. I followed their recommendations regarding resetting passwords..that didn’t work…it only led me to get another subscription….so now I have 2 subscriptions…which worked…..I call the Gazette office to cancel on of the subscriptions yesterday…I was told they would call me back….no call back yet! This morning…I’m back to square one! Doesn’t update properly. Small fonts hard to read. Doesn’t show all sections like business the business section. Postmedia tried to do one app for all its dwindling papers and has done a horrible job . How could you do this to your readers?? Every Mondays ans long weekends you served us with these international articles that you grabbed here and there from different press and you put them together to give us a mish-mash paper with no interest to us. How disrespectful!!! You take your readers for granted pure and simple knowing that we have nowhere to go. Summer vacation!!! That is your reason? Sorry. I read La Presse and Journal de Montreal every morning and they pay their journalists to write and keep people informed even on weekends and during Summer vacations. Why? Because thing happen in Montreal and in the province and they do their jobs as journalists, they are on top of it immediately. NO TWO DAYS LATER LIKE YOU DO NOW. We are unable to access the gazette ePaper Either through the app or google. I have contacted the gazette through their suggested channels and followed their instructions. It has been at least two weeks since I have been able to open it on my IPad. This has happened twice before until one day, it surprises me. It tells me I have to be a subscriber, which I am. I have changed the password multiple times and deleted and reinstalled the App. Nothing works. What a joke!! ### 1/5 — Gazette excluded from Postmedia subscriptions (Jan 2025) *2025-01-18, version 7.4* I enjoyed reading the Gazette as part of a comprehensive digital subscription including 15 Postmedia publications. As others have noted and endured, there was some related system update over the Christmas 2024 holidays that broke everything. Despite several misguided password reset attempts, my PAID access was denied. After repeated back-and-forth, customer service has confirmed Gazette access has been removed - with no prior notice - from such subscriptions. An extra, separate subscription to the Gazette is now required. In response, I have now cancelled all my Postmedia subscriptions. Don’t have to worry about the weather or if the delivery guy will come. Lastly, I do like the ability to comment on certain articles on line, bu5 more often than not, while it indicates a blurb with the number of responses the article has generated. When clicking on it, absolutely nothing happens, The Gazette disappears and I have ask for it again, same results and,magically, this problem does not show up the next day, but will no doubt reappear in some future issues.
