Overall a great paper but disallowing commentary puts the public at a major disadvantage and severely restricts public reaction and momentum  when change or at least awareness are most important.

I’ve got half a dozen newspaper subscriptions and apps. They all work: NYT, G & M, JdeM, La Presse, even The Suburban. Only the Gazette app is routinely not updating, forcing me to sign in even though I’m subscribed, and otherwise annoying. If it keeps up I’ll cancel my subscription which I truly want to avoid doing.

It was fine before. Now haven’t been able to access the app for a month… Postmedia should have better customer service and fix my account without having email back and forth or call me back. I don’t blame the gazette, they’re at the mercy of Postmedia who clearly doesn’t care about local readers by allowing this issue to drag on for a MONTH! What a joke!!
