Your balance will expire in minutes and you won't know. Friend recommended Monty and for on $25, I thought a great price. First two days worked great- after that stopped working completely. Tried everything to reset it and fix it. Customer service was no help and in the process deleted my eSIM. Once deleted was basically told to screw off and there was nothing that could be done. I used 10% of my 10gb before customer service walked me through deleting my eSIM and essentially forfeiting the remainder of my plan just two days in. Switched to Yesim and had better service so far. Avoid this company. ### 1/5 — Avoid this app, charged me twice *2025-06-28, version 2.16.24* Paid for my first sim and it disappeared so I had to buy another one. Avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Biggest scam *2025-06-09* $9 for 1GB of data. I turn off everything for cellular usage except messaging and maps. I’m able to go a whole week with 1GB. Then I buy 1GB to restock and the next morning it’s gone. Customer support is useless. My biggest advice to you: take 30 minutes to go and buy a SIM card. You’ll spend the same amount and get 10x the data. Don’t waste your money on Monty. ### 1/5 — A fraud! *2025-06-06* They sell eSIM to countries where they don’t offer service. Take your money and then customer service tells you they will try to deal with it then disappear and stop responding. There are plenty of alternatives out there. Avoid Monty at all cost. ### 1/5 — Georgia eSIM functionality *2025-04-04* I purchased 2 bundles.. 1 for Turkey (worked amazingly well) 1 for Georgia Tbilisi (didn’t work for 1 second even) so I had to purchase a SIM from a provider in Georgia ### 1/5 — Poor connectivity *2025-02-08* Barely works in major metropolitan areas.
