I need to use this machine to get soap to wash my clothes. I ordered my phone number like it asked and told me I had to enter a verification code that it would send me in 30 seconds. It never sent it. I tried again didn’t send it. Try again didn’t send it and then locked me out of the system for 30 minutes so I just had to drive 20 minutes to soap because this stupid app doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Not secure *2026-05-20, version 2.28.4* Signed up to get tokens to wash my car and instantly started getting fishing emails. ### 1/5 — Worst App *2026-05-16, version 2.28.4* Absolute worst app on the market. Doesn’t detect TWO of our machines at work. I loaded a card up months ago with $15 and somehow it disappeared. When I hoped it would work again this time around I loaded up again but of course it didn’t. Lame ### 1/5 — Do not bother *2026-04-16, version 2.28.4* As a customer, this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. I signed up for the card to use at the vending machines in my apartment complex, but none of the machines are even connected. To make matters worse, I was charged at a machine I never visited. When I contacted customer service, I was advised to reach out to the owner of the vending machine where the purchase occurred to request a refund. I explained that I was unsure where the charge originated, as I had never visited that machine. Based on the icon, it appeared to be a gas station air pump—yet I don’t even own a car! I requested that they investigate the transaction and provide more details. It has been three days, and I have received no response from customer service. A follow-up email was sent and a response is still pending. Overall, the customer service has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful. ### 1/5 — Robbed *2026-04-13, version 2.28.3* Very bad app got £36 on card but like other users have said app and vending machines do not communicate to each other so my money is stuck on my card trying to get a refund from them is impossible as they just keep blaming the machine user company ### 1/5 — Too bad you can’t give zero stars *2026-03-22, version 2.28.3* I would love to give a review of how this thing actually works but I couldn’t even get started. It has one of those stupid “verify the code we send you” features, but the code never comes. When you try to resend the code, it says “you’ve had too many unsuccessful login attempts so try again in 30 minutes”. I will not be trying again. I thought they wanted money 🤷‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Support *2026-03-13, version 2.28.3* First time ever using this app went to go pay for water tried to sign up saying my account is suspended and to contact support, but I can’t get into the app to contact support and there’s nothing on the website to contact support without a company ### 2/5 — Getting a snack should not force you to get an app, and give them your data *2026-03-02, version 2.28.3* All I wanted was a snack. Machine uses Monyx. So have to get the app, give them your email and validate it, then you find you can either transfer money to a ‘Nayax’ card you never asked for, use PayPal (which means another login/2 factor verification) or give them a credit card’s details. All this for a snack? No thanks. Uninstall ### 1/5 — International Transaction Fee *2026-02-12, version 2.28.3* I didn’t have cash and the card reader was out on the vending machine. The window had a QR code that said Apple Pay, I scanned it and it made me download this app. It worked fine with the vending machine but I was irritated to find an international transaction fee added to my bank statement in addition to the funds I added. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2026-02-10, version 2.28.3* I put money on this app because i believed I needed to in order to use a certain vending machine. The machine hasn’t worked in multiple weeks, and have tried on multiple separate occasions. After accepting defeat, i have asked for a refund numerous of times which they have not given to me. Waste of time and horrible app/service ### 1/5 — Terrible app and service *2026-02-04, version 2.28.3* There are issues with their machines all over the place. I have topped up in my app and they are not issuing the refund and every time I try to send or report a machine that is not connected and kept on saying error, the message also says error and cannot be sent. When I try to submit a ticket it says 500 error. There is no confirmation and no warning how much will be spent. That is controlled entirely by the vending machine. App is limited to two top-ups per day. You do get some cash back and it avoids the stupidly high card surcharge, but it’s a bit scummy to push an app on people. ### 1/5 — SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! *2025-12-30, version 2.28.2* Uploaded $15 of my own money to use when I work at the hospital overnight and nothing else is open. They removed the vending machine so now I can’t use that money, and when I try to request a refund of my remaining balance, it tells me I’m not eligible. If you want to play with something let’s say a car that moves when you spend money on it. You’d think all you have to do is tap your card or insert coins. Well you’d be wrong because you have to download this app. Enter your name, email and phone number, then recharge the card and scan a qr code which takes forever. And if you put too much money you can’t l take out any of it. ### 1/5 — I am going to sue this company *2026-07-26, version 2.28.4* I have money in my account. The problem is that I am unable to access the wallet. When the app launches, It prompts me to enter my phone number. After entering my phone number, I’m prompted to enter the SMS code that is sent to my number. Unfortunately, I never receive the SMS code. After repeated attempts to contact customer support through the app, I still cannot access my funds. I have prepaid legal services and my attorney drafted up a “Payable on Demand, Intent to Sue” letter. If this cannot be resolved by 8/1/26, I’m going to send the letter and file a case against this company.
