## What is Moo?

Moo-vement is a strategic card game that flips everything you know about winning.

What if the worst move suddenly became the best one? What if collecting points meant losing everything? This game breaks the rules you thought were unbreakable.

Your mission sounds simple - avoid penalty points while others collect them. But there's a catch hiding in every decision.

Each card has a number and penalty points. You place cards in circles, and when a circle gets full, someone must take all those cards and their penalties. The player with the lowest total wins, but getting there means outsmarting everyone else's plans.

Every placement creates a chain reaction. Sometimes you want to force opponents into bad positions. Other times you need to sacrifice a small penalty to avoid a bigger one. The strategy keeps shifting as the circles fill up.
