## What is Moobi?

Moobi records your business finances as fast as sending a message.

FOUR WAYS TO RECORD, CHOOSE WHAT SUITS YOU

Voice — say "bought five kilos of sugar for two hundred thousand" while your hands are busy serving customers.

Photo — snap a receipt or shopping bill, and the amounts are read and recorded for you.

Text — type in everyday language: "Lunch 25,000" or "Bought fuel yesterday 50k". No accounting terms, no long forms to fill.

Excel file — have old records in a spreadsheet? Upload once and everything is imported.

Moobi's artificial intelligence recognizes the transaction type, amount, date, and category, then organizes everything into neat bookkeeping.

MULTIPLE TRANSACTIONS IN ONE MESSAGE
Type "lunch 50k, parking 5k, fuel 100k" and all three are saved as separate entries in a single send.

SEPARATE CASH BOOKS
Cash, bank accounts, savings, and investments in one app. Transfers between cash books are recorded automatically.

KNOW HOW YOUR BUSINESS IS DOING TODAY
See this month's income, expenses, and cash flow without opening a spreadsheet. No need to wait until the end of the month to know whether you made a profit or a loss.

BILLS & INVOICES
Create invoices with products, discounts, taxes, and due dates. Share them directly with customers. Track which ones are paid and which are overdue.

MANAGE EMPLOYEES
Attendance, shift schedules, and estimated salaries in one place.

ONE ACCOUNT FOR SEVERAL BUSINESSES
A shop, salon, boarding house, or clinic can all live in the same account. Tap a business name to switch, and the menu adapts automatically.

GREAT FOR
Small shops, stores, cafes, restaurants, salons, repair shops, guesthouses, clinics, and other small businesses that want tidy bookkeeping without needing to understand accounting.
