## What is moobit?

'오늘부터 운동해야지'하고 다짐했는데, 일주일도 안 돼 그만둔 경험 있으신가요? 

스스로의 체력을 모르니 얼마나 운동해야 하는지 알 수 없고, 
몸을 계속 움직이도록 하는 동기가 금방 사라지죠. 

무빗은 이런 분들에게 꾸준히 운동하며 건강한 습관을 기를 수 있는 방법을 알려드려요. 

사용자의 체력상태를 분석해 맞춤형 운동목표를 제안하고, 이 운동목표를 달성하면 리워드를 드려요. 

무빗은 얼마나 움직여야 하는지를 구체적인 칼로리(Kcal) 숫자로 알려주고, 사용자가 구입한 Apple Watch로 활동량을 체크해요. 

운동목표를 달성하면 매주 리워드를 드려 꾸준히 운동할 수 있는 동기도 부여하죠.

우리 서비스의 주요 기능은 운동목표와 건강미션, 그리고 포인트예요. 


○ 운동목표
사용자의 체력상태를 기반으로 '주 3회 500kcal를 소모하세요'와 같은 맞춤형 운동목표를 제안드려요.
맞춤형 운동목표 산출 공식은 고려대학교 의과대학과 보건과학대학이 공동 연구·개발했어요. 
모든 사용자가 현재의 나이와 성별, 체력 상태에 맞는 운동목표를 부여받아요.
체력 수준이 향상되거나 떨어지면 그에 맞는 새로운 운동목표가 다시 생성돼요.
무빗은 계단 오르기, 지하철 타기 등 사용자가 생활 속에서 소모하는 모든 칼로리를 더해 운동목표 달성 여부를 파악해요. 
주간 운동목표를 달성하면 리워드를 받으실 수 있죠.   
 
○ 건강미션 
주간 단위의 운동목표 외에도 주중 기준으로 매일, 건강한 생활습관을 만들기 위한 간단한 미션에도 참여하실 수 있어요. 
매일 오전 건강 꿀팁을 읽거나 작은 액션을 실행하고 리워드를 받으세요.

○ 포인트 
사용자는 무빗 앱 내에 연계된 Apple 스토어에서 Apple Watch를 구입하실 수 있어요. 
여기서 Apple Watch를 구입하시면, 프로그램 참여기간인 24개월간 Apple Watch 구입금액에 상응하는 리워드를 받으실 수 있어요. 
운동목표와 건강미션을 완료한 후 받으신 무빗포인트는 마이신한포인트로 전환 가능해요. 
마이신한포인트는 신한은행 계좌와 신한금융투자 계좌로 입금하거나 네이버포인트, 해피포인트 등 다른 포인트로 전환하실 수 있어요.

움직이다의 'Move'와 습관의 'Habit'이 더해진 무빗은 이름 그대로 사용자가 건강한 습관을 만들 수 있도록 돕습니다.
