Loyalty points not showing up on app, despite the many app updates. Store Staff in Sidcup London not bothered, no response from email sent to Mooboo itself. Disappointed with the response, despite using this shop many times - approx 18-20 times over the summer to keep a 10year old happy. Will think twice about returning here now.

It’s normally 8 points till your reward - I have 16 points in my history and still haven’t gotten my free drinks because they “won’t show up on the system”.

Don’t get the milk tea the fruit tea is nice, but when I’ve got the milk tea, anything that has milk in it, I vomited

The app’s alright. Helpful for loyalty points but i would love if there were short descriptions for every drink for example, i dont know how the snow white drink tastes or what it is. And also sometimes when the stores, system doesn’t work its is annoying because i cant get rewards or loyalty points.

When I downloaded the app I thought that I would be able to order things but I can’t do that. The membership points system is good until you get to the second rank and the prizes are much more limited. The points work but I would expect more prizes and rewards. I would recommend downloading this app but it could definitely use improvement.

Only useful to scan membership card from. It would be better if you could see calories for each drink in the menu. 

Also there is no option to order directly from stores for pickup through the app, which is the main reason I downloaded it

Their app is very helpful, order it ahead and you'll get a scan code, they will just ask you to scan it when you order in the shop and they will prepare your order. Definitely recommended! and mooboo is very delicious!
