Definitely recommend it. It helps you set goals for yourself such as eating healthy, expressing yourself and feelings, anxiety losing, and so much more. It also tracks your feeling daily. When you set up the app you put in a nickname you would like to be called, and the app calls you by the name you entered! I love the amount of personalization you can put in this app. In settings of the app, you can set a passcode. Then every time you enter the app, you will be asked to enter a passcode. The dates in the calendar are not in line with the days of the week. For example, today is Monday February 13 but the calendar shows that today is Tuesday. I wrote couple emails to the developers 3 weeks ago but the issue still has not solved yet. The splash screen is awful either. They just put the app icon in the middle and didn’t even want to design it. The worst money I’ve ever spent on an app. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your interest and bug report.
